Good Spirit Acres

Good Spirit Acres is an unincorporated hamlet in the RM of Good Lake. The hamlet is located in Division 2 of the RM, and is represented on the RM council by an elected councillor.

The residents of the hamlet also elect three property owners to a hamlet board. Of the municipal property taxes collected from the residents of the hamlet, 75 per cent is dedicated to public services within the hamlet, including lighting, road maintenance, fire protection, waste disposal and public area maintenance.

The hamlet board meets monthly, and also holds two public meetings annually: an information meeting in spring, and an annual meeting in fall.

For the names and contact information of the division councillor and the hamlet board members, contact the RM office at 306-563-5244.
